Selected work
A few glimpses into my work. Selected projects across data integration, product delivery and the digital workplace that show how requirements become working systems.
Automated the migration of more than 500,000 data records via API for a German logistics client, replacing an otherwise impractical manual process. Scheduled triggers keep the data updating itself.
On the product side, I guide the platform from requirements to delivery. My prototype combines a lean custom CRM with the breathwork engine, which lets instructors plan and run complete pre-programmed sessions. LMS rollout, vendor coordination and the connection to the web app accounts run in parallel.
Led a 10-person digital solutions team and administered Microsoft 365 accounts and user access for about 100 members. Work included SharePoint restructuring and a 0–12-month roadmap.

What I do
Every project starts with understanding: Mapping processes, analysing requirements and aligning stakeholders. Workshops turn all of it into user stories and clear priorities.
Then comes the connection: Product ownership, API integrations, CRM and ERP data migration and n8n workflows, backed by roadmaps, a clean backlog and solid technical concepts.
Before anything goes live I define acceptance criteria, run UAT and manage the change – so rollouts actually land, not just go live.
People and performance
Burnout can cost a team the attention and energy it needs to create. My conviction that corporate wellbeing matters grows from the same question as my digital work: How can tools and ways of working support people rather than wear them down?
Where work creates pressure, I shape practical changes with your team, aligned with SDG 3, ISO 45003 and CSRD.
I spot friction in tools, handoffs and notifications, and protect focused work through clear digital routines.
Where processes create friction or ownership is unclear, I trace the bottlenecks. Simpler delivery lets teams move forward without avoidable strain.
The question is the same in every project: Does this system help people do good work without wearing them down?
